On March 28, 2025, Aventa Capital launched ClimaCore, its commercial HVAC services platform, in association with the platform's first investment in C&N Mechanical. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut, C&N Mechanical is a full-service commercial HVAC provider specializing in energy-efficient system design, installation, retrofit, and maintenance services.

The business serves a diversified base of commercial and multi-family customers through long-standing direct relationships, with minimal exposure to new construction and general contractors, resulting in a stable, maintenance-first revenue profile well suited to serve as the foundation of a scalable platform.

C&N Mechanical anchors ClimaCore's buy-and-build strategy with a durable revenue base, strong customer retention, and a non-union, tenured workforce supported by well-maintained fleet and equipment assets.
