Sam Elsaadi
Founder & Managing Partner
Sam began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and subsequently held three investing roles—on the TPG Capital deal team at IQVIA, at Lightview Capital, and at Huron Capital—deploying over $1 billion in capital across the technology, business services, and healthcare sectors.
Sam brings a rigorous analytical approach combined with deep operational experience, having worked directly with management teams across dozens of platform and add-on acquisitions. His investment philosophy centers on identifying businesses with durable competitive advantages and partnering closely with leadership to unlock value through strategic and operational improvement.
He graduated from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor with a B.B.A. and B.A. in Accounting, Finance, and Regional Studies.
Corey Sisler
Operating Partner
Corey is a highly accomplished financial executive and strategic leader with over 17 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and successful exits for both public and private companies. Most notably, Corey served as the Chief Financial Officer for Vossloh, where he led financial strategy for nearly two decades.
Corey holds a B.A. and MBA from the University of Colorado–Boulder and an M.S. from American Military University.
