ClimaCore Expands New England Mechanical Platform with Addition of M2 Mechanical

ClimaCore, a premier provider of integrated mechanical, HVAC, and building solutions in the Northeastern US, announced today the successful acquisition of M2 Mechanical ("M2"), which joins C&N Mechanical ("C&N") as an operating company. This partnership marks a significant milestone in ClimaCore's mission to build a regional leader in mission-critical mechanical services.

ClimaCore now offers a unified suite of technical capabilities across all six New England states. The platform combines M2's expertise in large-scale HVAC/R and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) with C&N's decades of specialized mechanical design and engineering experience.

"The addition of M2 and C&N to the ClimaCore family creates a powerful synergy for our customers," said Skip Burch, Executive at ClimaCore. "M2's reputation for 24/7 responsiveness and regional reach, paired with C&N's deep roots in the Connecticut market and engineering-led approach, allows us to provide a level of service and technical sophistication that is unmatched in the region."

Skip Burch, a lifelong veteran of the HVAC industry, has joined ClimaCore's executive leadership team to oversee the integration. His focus will be on leveraging the collective resources of both companies to drive innovation, safety, and operational excellence.

For customers and suppliers of M2 and C&N, the transition is designed for total continuity. Day-to-day operations at both the Exeter, NH and Glastonbury, CT offices remain unchanged, with local teams and project managers remaining at the helm, now backed by ClimaCore's expanded technical and administrative resources. Clients will benefit from a larger fleet, deeper inventory, and a broader team of licensed technicians specialized in everything from emergency repairs to complex mechanical design-build projects.
