Uptime Grows Further Through the Acquisition of Professional Micro Computer Services

On July 6, 2024, Professional Micro Computer Service (PMCS) was acquired as an add-on acquisition to Uptime USA, the managed IT services (MSP) and IT services platform of Aventa Capital. Founded in 1983, PMCS is a strategic fit for Uptime USA as it expands the platform's managed IT footprint through contiguous geographic expansion in Southern California by adding a presence in Los Angeles County, alongside Uptime's existing locations in the Bay Area, Orange County, San Diego County, and Denver, Colorado.

The acquisition enhanced the Uptime USA platform by adding complementary managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and voice capabilities supported by a highly recurring revenue mix, professional services, and resale offerings, while the overlapping technology stack supports a smoother integration with lower execution risk.

The acquisition further diversified and expanded Uptime USA's customer base, with the addition of offshore capabilities in the Philippines enhancing service delivery efficiency and scalability, reinforcing Uptime USA's position as a growing, regionally-dense managed services platform.
