Uptime's Acquisition of Technology's Edge

On October 30, 2023, Technology's Edge was acquired as an add-on acquisition to Uptime USA, the managed IT services (MSP) and IT services platform of Aventa Capital. Founded in 1986, Technology's Edge is a strategic fit for Uptime USA as it meaningfully expands the platform's managed IT footprint across California by adding strong coverage in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties, complementing Uptime's existing presence in the Bay Area and San Diego.

The acquisition enhanced the Uptime USA platform by bringing complementary managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and voice capabilities supported by a highly recurring revenue base and strong customer retention across Southern and Central California.

The overlapping technology stack enabled smoother integration with lower execution risk, further strengthening Uptime USA's position as a leading full-service MSP across key California markets.
